Canvas Outcomes Project

In addition to the Annual Assessment Report template, I created the initial workflow that takes the Canvas outcomes data and processes the information into presentation tables.

The purpose of this process was to have two separate and distinct use cases. The first, student course tables, allow for instructors to reflect on the use of the outcomes for feedback to the appropriate committee. The second, student outcome tables, allow for generalized and anonymized data to reflect the outcome performance as a whole for the academic year.

This workflow became the basis for the automated workflow that was later used to process this information. Below is are links to both Google Doc and Excel versions of the spreadsheet that I used to explain the workflow to interested parties.
