Vicky Gavin is an exceptional technical editor and project manager. I worked with her through the ROTEL Project, and what struck me the most about her is her commitment to making the vision of the creator/author come to life. She truly wants to understand the project, including the thoughts and philosophy that underpin it, so that she can best showcase that work. She works closely with the creator/author, communicating all the decisions she is making and asking questions as necessary.
